ALL OUTLAW DRIVERS PLEASE READ. Just found this in the rule amendment page, apparently it has been discussed with other drivers (not this driver), what do you think this is the time to have your say outlaw drivers. Proposed: Outlaw (a) A driver must be 17 years or older to apply for an A grade licence. (b) Any motorcycle manufactured brand single cylinder 2 or 4 stroke motor up to 250cc + 10%., Must run with gearbox, fully operational clutch, not exceed acceptable noise levels and have an operational kill switch. Must run a rear wing fitted horizontally behind the driver, manufactured from plastic or fibreglass and must conform to the following specifications. Width a maximum of 90% and minimum of 45% of kart width measured at the widest point of the side pods, length to be between 100mm and 250mm, height to be a maximum of 850mm measured from the ground level to the highest point of the wing and has a minimum height 375 mm. The leading edge shall be no closer than 75mm behind the seat measured between two vertical edges in parallel. Leading and trailing edges must be rounded, must be non-adjustable while in motion, no part of the radiator (if fitted) shall protrude above the lowest part of the wing. Side number plates must be fitted. No roll cages and torsion bars (wing supports and wings acceptable). Must run with CIK-FIA Homologated nose cone. (c) Any CIK-FIA International Homologated KZ2 Engine. Engines must comply with all CIK-FIA regulations excluding airbox. Must run with CIK-FIA Homologated nose cone and full width plastic rear bumper. The differences are we will have to run a nose cone and the 125cc shifter kart motors will be allowed.
