ALLEN, Sally; b. abt. 1813 Campbell, VA. In 1860 Census, Sallie is classified as white, two of the three children listed are classified as colored, with the third child Robert Allen age 4, is also white. If found I am also trying to make a relation between Sallie and who I believe to be her oldest son, William Allen. William first located in 1870 Census for Lynchburg, VA., living on Elm St. with his wife Delia Allen. Thank you.
