ALLOW NE TO REMIND YOU OUR 10 STRATEGIC BOTTLENECKS THAT UGANDA HAS HAD TO FACE IN LAST 52 YEARS OF INDEPENDENCE. 1. Ideological disorientation 2. a state, especially the army, that need restructuring for it was divided on tribal lines. 3. suppression of the private sector 4. the underdevelopment of human resource. 5. underdevelopment of infrastructure ( electricity, roads, railways etc..) 6. a small market (both locally & internationally. 7. lack of industries / industrialization. 8. underdevelopment of service sector (banking, insurance, hotels, transport...) 9. under development of agriculture 10. the attack on democracy. some of the above still prevail, however, it is a role of all those who have the platform to look for the appropriate approach & remedies. Therefore, for all other concerned citizens & cadres we must confront the above bottle necks with: . nationalism . Pan-Africanism . Social-economic transformation . democracy #ANKUNDA Is a patriotic & a Pan-Africanist.
