ALMOST FINISHED WITH LIVING Almost finished with living, Feel like i cant breath, One hit after another, Should pack up and leave, Theirs got to be better, Than the cards ive been delt, I cant even begin to describe, The emotions ive felt, Its all too much too handle, Like a domino effect, One hurdle follows another, My heart longs to reject, And its cutting me down, Ive fallen to my knees, I cant hide from reality, Stop pushing me please, Im loosing all my energy, My willingness to go on, Sucking the strength out of me, Im expected to be strong, But how can i be, When life keeps kicking me down, Sick of these wasted fake smiles, In the darkness that i drown, Im reaching out for somthing, But theirs nothing to be found, So maybe ill just stay rooted, To my knees on the ground, Because really whats the point, When life keeps kicking me out of place, When all i have left ate these tears and scars on my face, My sorrow, I could not awaken, My life, Had been taken, Published by Thomas J.
