ALOE VERA IS NOT ALWAYS ALOE VERA!! •Aloe Vera Juice An ingestible product made from the filet (inner gel) of the Aloe Vera Leaf. A product may state on the label that it is 99.7% pure, which can be a truthful statement, yet the actual amount of Aloe Vera Juice in the container can be much less, as little as 5% Aloe Vera Juice and 95% added water •Aloe Vera Gel An ingestible product made from the filet (inner gel) of the Aloe Vera Leaf, to which a food grade thickening agent has been added. Examples: Alginate, Xanthan Gum, Agar-Agar, Carrageenan (Moss). Please Note: During processing the natural Aloe Gel becomes a liquid juice and any product labeled as an Aloe Vera Gel (thick consistency), is not the naturally occuring gel present in the unprocessed Aloe Leaf. •Whole Leaf Aloe Vera Juice An ingestible product made from the Whole Leaf of the Aloe Vera plant. The Whole Leaf includes the skin, rind and the inner gel. It contains a higher percentage of active ingredients. •Whole Leaf Aloe Vera Juice Concentrate An ingestible product made from the Whole Leaf of the Aloe Vera plant, with a percentage of the naturally occuring water (Aloe Vera is a succulent and is 99% water) removed. The result is a product providing the Highest Concentration of Active Ingredients! •200:1 - 400:1 Labeled Aloe Products An ingestible product made from Hydrated and Irradiated Aloe Powder and Water. The actual product is not a 200:1 or 400:1 strength Aloe. The aloe starts as a dry powdered concentration which is reconstituted at a ratio of 1 part Aloe powder and 199 parts added water!!!!! Please note that within the established Aloe industry, a 400:1 does not exist. •Fractionally Distilled Aloe Vera This ingestible product describes a process by which Aloe Vera liquid is distilled to produce a high sulfur water. It contains no enzymes, amino acids, other minerals or polysaccarides. LUSITANIA ALOE VERA is NOT deluded.
