ALRIGHTY! Day 31 and the last day of the Train Your Lifestyle push up challenge. If you have stuck with challenge get your videos in to get your free 4 week workout program. I fell 5 short of my 115 PB set yesterday but still happy with todays effort. Sorry for the cut off face, but I was too exhausted to do it again Congrats to everyone who stuck it out and I hope you can see the improvements that can be made by just doing something for a little bit each day!
