ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. I was called out by Ufcgym Eric Brake for ALS awareness (Lou Gehrigs Disease). Let me Explain a little bit about this challenge should you chose to accept...you have 24 hours to complete the ice challenge if i call your name. If you choose to do the challenge you call out 5 people then youll have ice water poured over your head plus you donate a minimum of $10 to the ALS foundation if you choose not to do the ice challenge you donate a minimum of $100 to the ALS !
