ALS has been getting a lot of attention, which is so wonderful. However, there are so many other important diseases that need attention as well. This month is childhood cancer awareness month. Please take a few minutes to watch this video. More research needs to be done to give these children a fighting chance. No parent ever wants to hear, your child has cancer, but even worse, there is nothing more we can do for your child. My challenge to you is to consider becoming a bone marrow donor. It just takes a few minutes of your time, and is just a swab on your cheek. More importantly, you can save a life!
