#ALovingHusbandCooks Work has taken my husband to Pune on a long term project, while I am still here in Mumbai caught up with my job. Some weekends he travels to Mumbai and others, I travel to Pune to catch up with each other. It’s kind of difficult to stay away like this… but, we are, kind of, slowly learning to manage. Throughout the week he is alone out there, eating out all the three meals of the day… makes me feel guilty at times. So, whenever I go there or he comes here, I make sure I provide him home-made food, whether its simple day to day varan-bhat-bhaji-poli or something exotic that he likes. But last Friday he gave me a very sweet surprise. I got home late from work and he made me these awesome Veg Rolls and Egg Rolls for dinner. He said he has these regularly in his office canteen in Pune and wanted me to try them out, so he made them all by himself after having a long day at work and also a tiring Pune-Mumbai drive… just for me! Felt deeply moved by his gesture… This weekend neither of us would be able to travel to meet each other. I may be found guilty for public display of affection... But, I am missing him a lot and wanted to just vent it out somewhere. So sharing these sweet pictures here!!! I am sure you all will identify with how I feel and be with me.
