AM I, WHAT I, APPEAR TO BE? Appearance:- To make a showing, the coming of something into sight, the outward aspect. Today appearance means so much to so many people, rather it is the real way things are or not the way they are. Things are not always what they seem, like for example, wash the outside of a cup and not the inside. You will not know that it’s dirty on the inside until look inside of it. So you won’t be able to use or put anything into it until it’s CLEAN. Let’s allow our thinking to be cleaned, so obedience to God’s commands will appear to a die world. God’s truth should be obeyed by us not just to listen to. If WE dont obey what God commands of US, WE are only fooling ourselves. Now (I will speak on myself) I can APPEAR on the outside to be in a committed relationship with The Most High God on Sunday and every time the church doors open, but immediately after I have heard the truth of the Gospel Of God’s Elect Christ, I walk out from under what was taught and forget all about it, forget that I had my hands up to the sky thinking THANK YOU LORD. And violate all he command of me. Now I know no one is perfect. But WE can’t just hear and not do. James 1:23-24 in short, if all WE do is hear and not do, it’s like looking in a mirror at yourself and walking off from it and forgetting what you look like. Let’s look into the perfect law (mirror) of LIBERTY and see ourselves and remember WHO WE ARE IN Christ. AM I, WHAT I, APPEAR TO BE. Practice Charity (which is LOVE) & Establish Regular PRAYER.
