AM NOT A CHRISTIAN SUPERSTAR We always present the best part of who we are to the world,we speak great wisdom and utter great mysteries on Facebook and wherever we get a platform, the truth is that underneath all that greatness, we are frail human beings with weaknesses. Yes, Jesus is in us and we can do all things through Him, but the truth is that our fallen humanity rears its head now and then. A wise person will insure that they have those close people who can be trusted, people who dont see you as a Christian superstar, somebody you can be vulnerable to, who can rebuke you and correct you. With such kind of people around you, you will go far, otherwise you will soon think that you are mini-god. EVEN Paul admitted to his weaknesses because of his humanity, lets humble ourselves and be helped. Three different times I begged the Lord to take it away. Each time he said, “My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.” So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me. That’s why I take pleasure in my weaknesses, and in the insults, hardships, persecutions, and troubles that I suffer for Christ. For when I am weak, then I am strong. (2 Corinthians 12:8-10 NLT)
