AMAZING STUDENT :) First hour went to II B.Sc. Chemistry to take allied Physics class. My first class for them this academic year. For many questions a girl ( gayathri, i think, unable to recollect her name this moment) kept answering with originality. I usually ask difference between rotatory and circular motions, by making a student run around a table and make them spin their id tag! This girl was correct with her quick response and her confident explanation that followed. This is unusual and usually kids mess up trying to rack their memory. I was sure she was self taught. I cud not believe my own ears! She did not have science teacher in class 9 and 10, 11 and 12 too for physics. She is from a govt. Corporation school and she learnt only by group studies. Self learning, inquiry, doubting ideas, clarifying, reinforcing, - by herself. Self made , self taught. Awesome. I just hugged her to show my respect towards her learning thirst. Luv such amazing students
