AMBASSADORS OF CHRIST 2 Corinthians 5-17th21, Therefore if any man be in Christ he is a new creature; old things are passed away; behold all things are become new. And all things are of God who has reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ and has given to us the ministry of reconciliation; To wit, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses against them, and He has committed to us the word of reconciliation. 20. Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were making an appeal through us; we beg you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God. 21. He made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. Any and All people who have been born again by the cross of Jesus Christ has the ministry of Ambassadorship. As Christs Ambassadors we are to bring the WORD of RECONCILIATION to the world. We first must understand our job description and its responsibilities. The highest ranking person who represents his or her government in a foreign country. Hebrews 11:15-16 And they admitted that they were aliens and strangers on earth. People who say such things show that they are looking for a country of their own. If they had been thinking of the country they had left, they would have had opportunity to return. Instead, they were longing for a better country--a heavenly one. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God, for he has prepared a city for them. This world is no longer our home and the country of our birth is now heaven and our city is the New Jerusalem. While here on Earth we are Diplomats and the Ambassadors of Heaven for Jesus Christ. Therefore, as Diplomats we are immune to laws under the grace of heaven. The signs that direct citizens of this world no longer apply to Heavenly Ambassadors. The appearing of the Anti-Christ, the building of the Temple, the Great Tribulation are signs for worldly citizens of Earth. We who are new creators are watching and waiting only to be summoned home. As with this world many situations are similar. When times of trouble from natural disasters, civil unrest, revolution or rejection of relationship, diplomats are recalled home. The life of an Ambassador is always in a position of imminent rapture depending upon the relationship of their countries. Heaven and Earth are on a downward spiral that only gets worse and worse. The time for Diplomacy and words of reconciliation have come to an end by the rejection of Gods existence and an total recall of all diplomatic personnel is anticipated immediately......MARANATHA!
