#AMC, #FORSCOM focus on #readiness -- The U.S. Army Materiel hosted Gen. Daniel B. Allyn, commanding general of U.S. Army Forces Command, June 10 for an update on AMCs global alignment and role in supporting the Army as its focus shifts to the future. Gen. Allyn visited AMC for the first time as FORSCOM commander with a goal of synchronizing efforts with AMC to support combatant commanders and the Army. Several Army Field Support Brigade commanders briefed Gen. Allyn on areas including equipment #retrograde, support to Regionally Aligned Forces (#RAF), Army readiness and #Logistics Readiness Centers.
