AMT Data Capture Clerk Title: AMT Data Capture Clerk Location: Northern Cape Northern Cape Minimum Requirements: – Grade 12 with maths and science – Knowledge of Microsoft excel, Internet and Emails – At least 1 year traceable working experience in a similar position – Mechanical knowledge will be an advantage – Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Duties & Responsibilities: – Record opening and closing hours of assets – Load occurring events on assets during shift – Communicate and interpret information over 2 way radio – Manage events during shift and reporting shift down time – Communicate to supervisor when assets are not in production – Book assets for services and update registers during shift – Log and report back logs from 4 levels of inspections – Identify the correct component codes within an event of a machine – Daily auditing to insure correct event downtime and component code – Report and interpret Plant Performance KPI’s – Understand forecasting and long term planning in order to report accurate service schedules – Understand oil sampling system in order to ensure preventative management – Update and report outstanding paperwork – Understand and report asset performance through meetings in which asset reliability and availability is used to continuously improve on asset performance How to Apply?
