AN ANALOGY You decide to créate a business. You employ people to work for you. Agents are also employed to carry out instructions given by yourself or your employees. What is the heirarchy in this situation? 1) You 2) Those you employ 3) Agents YOU are at the top as the ‘creator’, therefore you yield the ‘control’. Now, your employees wish to fine all those in the created company and the Agents for arriving late, including even you, the boss. You, the boss, who has the control, can ‘decree’ that it only applies to your employees and agents, or you can CONSENT and agree to be included. Unless you CONSENT, the employees cannot forcé you to pay, as THEY HAVE NO AUTHORITY OVER YOU!. The people decide to créate a ‘government’. You employ people (PUBLIC SERVANTS), to work in this government, FOR YOU. Agents, (Police, Council workers, Social Workers, even Judges and Magistrates to uphold the Law-of the Land, COMMON LAW, not ‘statute law’), are also contracted to assist. What is the heirarchy in this situation? Well, obviously, it is the same as above. 1) You (The people). 2) Those you employ (government) 3) Agents (Police, etc) YOU are at the top as the ‘creator’, therefore you yield the ‘control’. Now, your employees (government), wish to fine everybody in the land, including you, their employer, if they park outside a shop. You, (The people), the bosses, who have the control, can ‘decree’ that it only applies to your employees and agents, or you can CONSENT and agree to be included. Unless you CONSENT, your employees cannot forcé you to pay, as THEY HAVE NO AUTHORITY OVER YOU! On 8th August, 2011, Theresa May publicly stated that: “The Police opérate by CONSENT”! So if you, like so many other people still need reminding, there you have it from the mouth of one of your own employees: YOU have the LAWFUL right, and power, NOT TO CONSENT to any or all Statutes and Acts that you consider unfair. The only Law we need is Common Law: ‘Do not cause injury, harm or fraud to another’. That is it in a nutshell, so why do we need 65,000 statutes and acts? These can only be “given the ‘forcé of law’, by CONSENT”. If they were Laws, they would be called Laws, not statutes and acts (acting like a Law). Therefore, NO CONSENT= NO FORCE OF LAW, (statutes and acts), only COMMON LAW. To gather more understanding see: thebcgroup.org.uk fmotl tpuc
