!!!!!!!!!! AN IMPORTANT READ !!!!!!!!!!!!! A couple weeks ago, my jewelry in candles account was frozen from the company. They said it was because of defamation to them. I have never once said anything about this company that would fall into that category. In order to resolve this issue I was required to contact them directly. The very next day I called the office, and the lady told me I needed to talk to the compliance team and that she could not help me. I asked to speak to them, and she stated that they would have to call me back. I said ok great thank you. Next day comes and goes. A couple days after I decided to email them back and see if that could get me a response. I sent 3 separate emails asking for them to contact me regarding my account. They completely ignored me. I NEVER got a call back, NEVER got an email back. Then I started reading around groups and posts and I saw that many many people are frustrated with this company. It should NOT take over 2 months to get an order. There are many reps that decided this was a joke and dipped out. There are also COUNTLESS customers that will NEVER order from JIC again. Therefore I have made my decision based on that and the fact that they have NO desire to contact me back that I will NO LONGER sell OR represent this company in ANY WAY. I waited way too long for my order, and MY customers are STILL waiting on theirs as you read this. After I made this decision, I saw that there are quite a few other companies that sell candles that have jewelry in them. Diamond Candles, Jewelry Candles, soyL, Jewel Scent, Marquee Candles, hidden treasures, 381 Candles, prize candle, precious gem candles, bella J, scent cetera, lucky girl candles.. thats just to name a few.. As you can see, there are WAY too many companies doing the same thing, and Jewelry In Candles will NOT survive with the way they are acting. Since I no longer represent this company, and I am now considered a critic, I would recommend to EVERYONE to NOT buy from this company. Your order will take at least 2 months to show up, your candles AND/OR jewelry will be broken, youll try to call to resolve, and wont get a response. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.. SEE the list above^^^ there are MANY other companies to chose from. From what I have heard from others, many of these companies will get your order to you in LESS than 2 weeks. Again I mention, I DO NOT REPRESENT THIS COMPANY ANYMORE I will be deleting this page in a few days time, people need to see this.. Thank you for your time.
