AN OFFICIAL BAND ANNOUNCEMENT: Galahad are extremely pleased to announce that Tim Ashton, who played bass for the band in the late 1980’s and early 1990’s, has returned to the fold. Tim played bass on ‘Nothing Is Written’, our first proper studio album which was released in 1991. In 1992 we thought he was taking a 22 day break to tour Japan and the Far East, turns out we misheard and he actually meant 22 years! :-) Tim is now back in dear old Blighty after his somewhat lengthy sojourn. His first show back with the band will be at the Christchurch Festival on Saturday 5th July 2014. Therefore, we would also like to take this opportunity to thank Mark Spencer for his contribution to the band during the last couple of years or so and wish him well with all his other various projects and future endeavours. Long live Galahad, the journey continues…
