AN RAF AIRBUS A330 PLANE WENT INTO A TERRIFYING NOSE-DIVES WHEN A CAMERA GOT JAMMED IN THE FLIGHT CONTROLS. Pilot’s Digital Camera reportedly Got Jammed in the Joystick Sending Jet in to Terrifying Dive .. Several Crew Aboard Injured The aircraft – one of the new fleet of RAF Voyager transport jets – plunged 4,400ft in 27 seconds on February 9 in the skies over Turkey, injuring several of the 189 servicemen and women and nine crew on board who were thrown violently from their seats. The Ministry of Defence (MoD) suspended all flights of the plane – a militarised version of the Airbus A330-200 civilian jet – for 11 days while an investigation took place. The jet was flying from RAF Brize Norton to Camp Bastion in Afghanistan and was six hours into its journey, cruising on autopilot at 33,000ft when it began to lose altitude reported The Independent. At the time the cause was a mystery. A serviceman, claiming to have been on the flight, wrote anonymously on an internet forum that he had been informed that the problem was caused by the plane’s autopilot. Now, the culprit has been exposed as a digital SLR camera used to take photographs from the cockpit three minutes before the dive. ✈ ✈Stay connected with us and Invite your friends to our page Blue Sky-Crew and Stay Tuned with the latest Airlines News Straight Off The Runway ✈ ✈©© ©© facebook/BlueSkyCrew
