ANA did do damage to TAG. Massive amounts of water leaked into the office and lobby and soaked all of the carpet and the sheet rock a foot up the wall. Andrew Alvarado and Rick Crowell are our heroes. They are pulling up all the carpet from the office and under the risers and throwing it away. We were advised by Service Masters that it should be because water from the street is nasty and dirty and will grow mold and bacteria. Our little theatre is a nasty mess and will not be back to normal for awhile. We have to scrape up all the glue from the carpet before we can walk in the office and put things away. In the meantime we have a show that opens 4 weeks from tomorrow. Yikes and a half. I will be there tomorrow cleaning and scraping glue. Andy and Rick are tearing up the stage floor because the carpet extended under it and it has to go. What a mess.
