CIRI class action lawsuit will be held at Alaska Supreme Court (303 K St) on Oct. 15th at 1:30 pm. The class action lawsuit was filed in regards to CIRI’s 2010 election. The election was held in Puyallup, Wa. on June 5th. A day before the election, CIRI’s in-house attorney sent CIRI’s Election Judge (who was paid $350 per hour) a letter requesting that Rudolph and my proxies be divided 50-50 which effectively voided half of our proxies. Hopefully, the hearing will address: 1) due process rights-- where a complaint should have been filed with Banking & Securities instead of with CIRI’s Election Judge and was CIRI required to file a complaint against our proxy mailing when it first came out instead of waiting a day before the meeting before they filed their complaint? 2) Does an Election Judge paid by CIRI have the authority to effectively void 50% of the shareholders proxies given to independent candidates? 3) Are all candidates treated equally in CIRI elections?
