AND THE LIES CONTINUE: A man came to me and said workers spent Christmas without salaries, and that because of that, he wont vote Jonathan. When he finished talking, I told him that my wife collected her own salary on the 21st of December. He stopped talking and went away shamefully. Today, someone told me that he collected double salary in December, he called it 13th month salary. I wonder if those workers who collected their salaries in December were selected to be paid by Jonathan. And one annoying thing I have discovered is that most people talking noisily about this non-payment of salaries have, absolutely, NOTHING to do with salaries, as they are either business people, politicians or jobless fellows. Like the first man I talked about, because he enjoys spreading falsehood about Jonathan, he was talking about salary as if he earns one. Some people dont even know whos a federal civil servant, a state civil servant and those that work in private organizations. If Leadership Newspaper, for example, doesnt pay his staff for months, or Benue state government has some issues with the state civil servants and the workers cry out, some persons would maliciously broadcast to the world that its Jonathan whos owing the workers. Another one told me, proudly, that I should ask, that Jonathan had not given federal allocation to some states since November. I almost kicked him. These are the kinds of lies that evil people tell, which gullible and innocent Nigerians believe. We MUST reject this evil, elections are not won through such demonic ways.
