ANGER------A DANGEROUS DISEASE 6 October 2014 at 14:58 HI - FRIENDS - We are full of ANGER AND SHORT TEMPER THESE DAYS. WE ARE DISCUSSING IN DETAILS. The greatest enemy of health is anger. It can also be called temporary madness, as in anger one tends to take wrong decision one after another. Anger leads to ailment of digestive process, mental disorders, heart problems etc. Anger causes to reduce the working capacity of our muscles and damages its working process. Anger can make hell the life of an individual, family and society. Anger is the root causes of many crimes. A person prone to anger can neither be a good fighter nor a good player. He can never succeed in competitive fields. Anger is such a spark, if not extinguished in the initial stages it assumes the shape of such a fire which burns everything leaving the person only to repent. EASY WAYS OF CONTROLLING ANGER -Speak out mental agony peacefully. -Contemplate whether every thing can be set right by being angry. -Whenever you are angry think of the consequences. -By taking Satvik food anger can be controlled. -Direct the energy dissipated in anger in creative work after controlling it. -By practicing yoga, energy generating anger can be channelized. -If experiencing extreme anger massage the ears. -Do not get agitated after hearing form one side alone, decide after hearing both the sides. -Adopt positive outlook. -Do not force the present generation to think like your own. -Do not see who is wrong, see what is wrong. -Expecting outburst of anger, drink a glass of water and change the topic. -One said the other accepted, all say that both are wise this policy be adopted by husband----wife, brothers, brother----sister, sisters, father----son, mother-in-law----daughter-in-law, sister-in-laws etc. for alleviating the stake of anger. -What can not be cured be endured smilingly. -Write your thoughts in detail. -Whatever happens, accept happily holding the view that whatever the lord does is for good. -A jolly person can control anger easily. -Accept change, that is the rule of nature. -Silence helps greatly in controlling anger. Nothing else helps as much. Thus maintain silence and contemplate over your self, do self analysis. -Beware of race of desires because hurdles in the way of fulfilling wishes inflame anger. -Remain detached. -Learn to forgive. -Do not react immediately in a problem. -Learn to disagree from others, without getting angry. -By not being angry, an enmity can be converted into friendship. -As you want from others, do the same to them. -Do not have expectations from others. Any good done to them will not go waste, it will come back later in the form of a reward. -Remember-the enemy makes you angry to dissipate your strength. -Read such literature regularly which will help you to develop physically, mentally and spiritually.
