ANGRY SENIOR CITIZEN HERE!! The OREGONIAN is on my bad list!! They are giving their long time customers a bad deal!! They now deliver our paper four days a week for the price they had delivered it for seven days a week!! NOT A GOOD DEAL!! Add the fact that in the first three weeks they have missed us FOUR times!! If they do deliver it who know WHEN it might arrive! Today they will not deliver it at all because we had an early appointment and could not call in time...They will deliver it tomorrow...THANKS FOR NOTHING!! They overcharge for any announcement..obit, wedding , birth etc! My sister says they could take a lesson from the paper in Hawaii!! OH, you can go on line....do they know that not EVERYBODY has a computer?? I miss the times that the paper came by the time my coffee was made!! I also miss the customer service when you could talk to someone and they at least pretended to care!!! The paper has NOT improved!!
