ANNEKA WEDELL - MAKING A DIFFERENCE at age 12. Anneka had two artworks chosen for this professional art exhibition that opened tonite at THE CITY OF GRESHAM VISUAL ARTS GALLERY, 1333 NW EASTMAN PARKWAY, called MAKING A DIFFERENCE. This show will run until FEB 5th. Only 30 artists were chosen for this show so this is a really big deal at age 12 to be one these featured artists. Anneka was featured in the front page article in the GRESHAM OUTLOOK TODAY. She is part of the ART LAUNCH PROGRAM for Young People and Teens at loriryland ART STUDIO & GALLERY in Sandy. She is getting really good. This piece is acrylic on watercolor paper with watercolor pencils. Sorry for the way I narrate this clip...there was a lot of background noise from all of the people at the exhibition....it was a great crowd and turnout.
