INEC has announced that the third phase of collection of Permanent Voters Cards (PVCs) will commence on Friday, November 7 and end on Sunday, November 9 in the following states: ADAMAWA, BORNO, EDO, IMO, KADUNA, KANO, KATSINA, LAGOS, NASARAWA, NIGER, OGUN, PLATEAU, RIVERS. Ensure you cross check your names in the register. If you registered before and your name is missing, re-register under the Continuous Voters Registration (CVR) which begins on Thursday, November 13 and ends Monday, November 17.
