JUL 05, 2014 To: Subject: DBL- Al Moajil 3rd Basketball Tournament Dear Sir, With the view of creating venues to foster camaraderie and cooperation among Filipinos and other nationalities in the community, a group of sports’ enthusiasts has convened the Dammam Basketball league (DBL), a non-profit organization based in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. Its ideals and principles are fundamentally attuned to the enhancement and propagation of sports particularly in basketball, thus providing a diversion for entertainment / pastime and generate positive initiatives for a healthy mind, body and spirit. Pleased to announce and invite you to upcoming “DBL-AL MOAJIL 3rd Season Non-rated Invitational Basketball Tournament” which will be held on July 18, 2014 (4:00PM) (Tentative) at AL MOAJIL COMPOUND. Tournament will comprise of two (2) divisions: 1. NON – RATED 5’8” BELOW 2. INTER COMPANY (NO HEIGHT LIMIT) • Please submit your team line up (16 Players) including photo copy of Iqama or Passport / Company ID. We will not accept additional players after the submission of your Team Line up. • For Inter-Company Division – 70% of the players must be same company and 30% outsiders of team will be accepted. Please submit a copy of ID & Iqama for committee reference & file. An entry fee of SR 1,500.00 shall qualify a team to participate in this promising event. Procedural guidelines covering the conduct of this tournament shall be discussed to you on our Technical Meeting will be held on Thursday, July 17, 2014 (7:00PM) at Al Moajil Basketball Court.
