ANNOUNCEMENT: Councilor Bob Cabarrubias Ordinance 309 was not approved by the City Council in yesterdays session August 13, 2014. However, he is given another week to defend it for next weeks city council session but Councilor Bob will be on leave for next week so he will defend his ordinance more likely on the 28th of this month. PS: This is the information given to me by Councilor Bobs Office and not from the SP Office. I tried to call the SP Office a couple of times but they always refer me to the next person due to their reasoning that they were not able to attend the specific Ordinance 309 deliberation (huh?). The last officer in SP said he was busy and said that I would just come personally in their office. PM me if anybody can drop by the city hall today so he can personally ask from the SP Office if the ordinance indeed was not approved in todays session. Ride Safe!
