Grays Harbor (Montesano/McCleary) – part-time, flexible hours BASICS NW provides effective, evidence-based behavioral intervention through Applied Behavior Analysis to families and their children with autism in western Washington State. We provide children and adolescents with cognitive and/or behavioral challenges, their families, and other pertinent team members highly-effective tools to improve quality of life for our client families. The successful candidate for an ABA Behavior Technician must be capable of fulfilling the following responsibilities: Requirements for ABA Behavior Technicians (BTs): *Be at least 18 years of age *Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or national equivalent *Successfully complete a criminal background registry check at the time of application *Complete an approved 40-hour training program (conducted by a BACB certificant) based on the RBT Task List *Passed the RBT Competency Assessment *Experience working with children with special needs drivers license, transportation, and willingness to travel to home, school,and/or clinic settings to conduct behavioral intervention services for clients *Possess a passion for working with children and families, have a high level of commitment and professionalism, and eager to learn more each and every day to better serve client families *BASICS NW will provide this training to the right candidate(s).
