ANNOUNCEMENT FOR PAYBUX We are now finalising commercial arrangement with the Platform/Service Provider/Developer for PayBux to restart the App and the rewards Program. The new and revitalised PayBux will implement change in its policies especially in terms of offering FREE SUBSCRIPTION. Studying the performance and historical data of PayBux in the past made us realise that majority of its registered users are FREEMIUM users who have not used the service to purchase products. Those who have upgraded to Premium are the only ones who have used the service. Since the previous owner of PayBux pays for ALL types of subscription (including FREE subscriptions), this entailed operational expenses. The new PayBux will follow the model of paid App services like Spotify where you pay only for the service you use. Except for Premium Users who paid for their subscription, Freemium Subscribers can keep their account ONLY when they purchase products within a calendar month or when they participate in a merchant-sponsored promotion to get a 30-day FREE subscription. Otherwise, their account will be taken out to avoid unnecessary expenses related to the rewards program services. The business model of PayBux will be reviewed regularly to either maintain its new policies or offer FREE subscription on a limited basis. Once PayBux is back online, the BUX wallet balances of the registered users will also be restored as part of the commitment of the previous owner (Ingenious Mobile) and the new owner (PayBux Corp.) to continue this unique cooperative consumer rewards program.
