ANNOUNCEMENT June 11, 2013 In an effort to provide larger details and outline the gains Liberia made at the just ended visit to Equatorial Guinea, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, Tokyo, Japan and New York, USA by Her Excellency Madam Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, President of Liberia. The Ministry of Information, Cultural Affairs and Tourism cordially invites all reporters, managing editors, editors, station managers, foreign correspondents and publishers to its Weekly Press Briefing on Thursday, June 13, 2013, in the Charles Gbenyon Press Hall, beginning at 11 am. Thursday’s Press Briefing will be principally addressed by Hon. Lewis G. Brown, II Minister, Ministry of Information, Cultural Affairs and Tourism. Hon. Brown will speak on wide range of national and international issues and critical interventions and impacts which are ongoing across the economy. Also in attendance will be the Director of the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), Hon. Anthony K. Souh, and Atty. Asatu Bah-Kenneth, Deputy Director for Administration. The two officials will speak on the Role of Drug Enforcement Agency in Post War Liberia and its reform process. The Liberia Football Association (LFA) will highlight the organization and preparation of Lone Star crucial World Cup qualifying match against Senegal this weekend in Monrovia.
