ANNOUNCEMENT!! Ok youve seen me post a couple times about this, but now its getting REAL!! One reason I am getting so excited for Coach Summit is the release of our newest program PiYo!! It launches on the 23rd!! My body is ready for some low-impact moves, more definition and flexibility! This program is for all fitness levels from the brand newbies to the tight and toned!! Its gonna mix up some Yoga and Pilates while using your body as resistance...NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED to incinerate calories, develop long, lean muscles, endurance, core stability and strength! Its going to be a great program for those that do not have the patience for plain, old long Yoga or Pilates sessions or those that love them but want more out of them!! You will love the mind/body experience! PiYo will involve sports training, core conditioning, dance, stretch, and athletic drills. --> 9 workouts (one is a bonus from ordering from me!!!) that vary from 25-45 minutes for 60 days!! This is a VERY MODIFIABLE program that uses cool camera angles so you can get the best view of each move!! What PiYo Workouts Included? ◾Align (46 mins): The Fundamentals (46 mins) ◾Upper Body (35 mins): this focused workout will strengthen and stretch your entire body, while building on the movement patterns you have learned in Align. ◾Define: Lower Body (25 mins) will shape and tone everything from your glutes, hamstrings, quads and calves gently, yet effectively to help you get sleek and lean legs. ◾Sweat (35 mins) is a traditional PiYo Workout that is fast paced with body weight strength training and ab work! ◾Core (30 mins) an ab-centric workout that targets every angle of the abdominals and back. I’ve read this will be a calorie-torcher too! ◾Drench (45 mins) is a total body workout to get you sweaty, burning calories, and going to have your metabolism on fire! ◾Strength Intervals (25 mins) designed to tone the whole body and burn tons of calories with no weights required! ◾Sculpt (30 mins) no weights are required for this intense, full-body workout either! ****************************THE NITTY GRITTY********************************** --> Im only taking 15 more people for my July 7th Challenge Group (a perfect time to shed those holiday pounds after the 4th of July)!
