ANNOUNCEMENT: Second District Court of Appeal JNC -- Notice of Meetings The Second District Court of Appeal Judicial Nominating Commission announces the following schedule of meetings: The JNC will hold a telephonic meeting on Feb. 9, 2015, at 1:30 p.m., to discuss the procedures to govern the applications received for the judicial vacancy due to the retirement of Judge Charles A. Davis, Jr. The JNC will also meet on Feb. 20, 2015, at 10 a.m., at Hill Ward Henderson, located at 101 E. Kennedy Boulevard, Suite 3700, Tampa, FL 33602. At this meeting the Commission will conduct deliberations and determine which applicants to interview for the vacancy on the Second District Court of Appeal. This will be a closed session. The JNC will announce the interview schedule following the meeting. On Monday, March 2, 2015, the JNC will conduct applicant interviews at Hill Ward Henderson, 101 East Kennedy Boulevard, Suite 3700, Tampa, Florida 33602.
