NORLAIN DINDANG, SPMUDA Consultant on Higher Education Studies. He is the wife of our SPMUDA Co-founding member, Dr. OMAR MABABAYA MAMARINTA, a great Educator responsible for introducing our SPMUDA International Organization to the international community during the IISCO Conference held at Rabbat, Morocco, November 10,2010. Both husband and the late wife are a part of the SPMUDA world history of Peace and have so many plans and programs for the educational growth and development not only in Southern Philippines but also ASEAN.
