ANNOUNCEMENT: The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) has scheduled an 11-hour power interruption on Saturday, October 25 from 7am to 6pm. Affected areas include San Manuel, Binalonan, Pozzorubio, Laoac, Manaoag, Mapandan, San Jacinto, San Fabian, Mangaldan, parts of Sison and Urdaneta City, Pangasinan. This is due for the replacement and relocation of Air Break Switch, replacement of line conductors, installation of PANELCO 3’s metering equipment, testing of metering equipment of DECORP’s San Jacinto Substation and conduct of Annual Preventive Maintenance and Testing of 5MVA power transformer and its associated equipment at NGCP’s Mangaldan Substation. Normal operations will immediately resume after work completion. NGCP customers and the general public are advised to take the necessary preparations and precautions for this scheduled interruption. ~ NGCP/PIA
