ANNOUNCEMENT: When you come to meet me (or any other honest attorney) for an initial appointment, I am not going to tell you what I am going to do for you. I am not going to guarantee a dismissal. I do not predict an outcome. I do not tell you what the chances are. I do not tell you how I know the DA and went to law school with the judge and how that is going to influence your case. This is what I do after our initial meeting if you hire me: 1. I get the police reports and any other evidence like videos of the traffic stop. 2. I talk to any witnesses you have. 3. I talk to the DA and see what he is thinking. 4. I find out who the sentencing judge is going to be and take that into consideration. Then we go from there.......and I am still not going to predict an outcome or make a guarantee. Please make a note of it. Thanks!
