ANNOUNCING NEW SINGLES CLASS at Prestonwood Baptist Church! I have been praying for where the Lord wants me to serve and I was so excited when He answered that prayer when I was asked to be part of a brand new Singles class for the age range of 40 to 50s, at the Plano campus. It is starting Sunday, Sept. 7th, at 11:00am, in Room S-210, which is located in the Sports and Fitness Center. I am excited to announce that Dr. Charles Hebert, Minister to Pastoral Care, will be teaching us the Word, and the class will be led and directed by my dear friends, Eric Guillot and Krista Guillot. I know very well how unique the ministry to Singles and Single Parents can be. Many of us have gone through a divorce or have been hurt in some other way, and there still remains some fear, uncertainty, and pain. I can assure you that the main focus of this class will be to love, encourage, and be in prayer for each person that walks through our doors, with the love and hope of Jesus Christ and to provide a safe and caring environment. We are also going to be a service class and will be committed to finding people outside our class to serve and minister to. And of course, we also will have times of laughter and fellowship along the way with various social activities. I am inviting you to come to join us on Sunday, 9/07/14, at 11:00am.
