ANONYMITY FOR RAPE SUSPECTS? First up: should rape suspects remain anonymous? Yesterday police dropped their inquiry into rape allegations against Tory MP Mark Pritchard - but not before hed had his name splashed across the front pages for a month. Do suspects need to have the same anonymity victims do, at least until theyre charged? Or do we need to name rape suspects to encourage victims to come forward?
