ANONYMOUS INBOX: Brother I feel for Men because I realize that You have to be caught in between a rock and a hard place; on one hand everyone wants You to be strong, strong enough not to buckle in the face of danger but also be sensitive enough not to come across as a heartless monster. Thats nothing but a blatant contradiction as I acknowledge that society tends to ignore the human side of Men and make You feel embarrassed or less of a Man if You dare shed a tear or show any signs of fear. I am a single Mother of boys and time has showed Me that I can raise them and teach them how to be strong people but I cannot teach them how to be Men because I am not one. All I can advise You to do is stand firm in Your convictions; dont go out Your way to please anyone if it means pretending to be somebody or something that You are not. Without question its difficult being the odd man out or going against the grain however keep in mind thats how Your courage is demonstrated. Only a courageous individual can stand on his/her own. If You spend Your life living for everyone else there will be nothing left for You. You know what they say some people were made to fit in and some were made to stand out. Wherever You stand make sure You stand in Your Truth.
