ANOTHER SATISFIED CUSTOMER Dear Ryan Further to my call I feel compelled to tell you that my wife and I were very impressed with your installers this week [Paul and ?Jason?] were superb in every way. They arrived when they said they would; worked tirelessly over three days on a contract that was clearly unusual with very difficult internal access. In having to get access internally they had to use a ladder at a very steep angle; it resulted in furniture in two rooms being severely disrupted but on completion they moved all the furniture back and hoovered everywhere to great satisfaction. They kept me informed of all I needed to know and took the trouble to explain what they were doing to cope with some of the vagaries of the contract.
