(ANSA) - TOKYO, OCTOBER 27 - Japan has scrambled the past 48 hours several fighter jets in response to overflights of military aircraft over international waters near Chinas archipelago of Okinawa, not far from the disputed islands which lie between Tokyo and Beijing. Yesterday, the Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has warned China against attempts to change the balance in the region. The small uninhabited archipelago is called Senkaku in Japan and Diaoyu the controls from 1972 from China.
