ANTI-TRIBAL REMARKS MUST BE CONSTITUTIONALISED. With all fairness and prudence of culture and democracy plea, I am of the view that the EL and HH hold joint or separate press conference(s) to denounce the element of tribalism which has come to be a subject at serious fora. Am bisa married to a tonga and we have very brilliant children, the lady is keeping my father so so better than how my blood siblings can. Today I woke up to a rude shock, when she said dear today am not going for work asked why, she said because of the tribe, there is too much mocking. Just trying to put some ink onto a piece of paper for the two leaders requesting them to issue comprehensive defiance to this animal called tribal language. Further to advise chiefs to be on top of this issues. I am also writing to the Minister of justice to include a very strong clause (section) into the constitution and term tribal remarks as CRIMINAL as it has the potential to de-harmonise families and may promote genocide. The problem is not a specific tribe but individuals from ethnic groupings. It was good that honourable Munkombwe was fired, and this must strongly apply to any other person forming grounds on TRIBAL REMARKS.
