ANY road fatality is a tragedy for all involved. But from what I can see of the statistics, less than 2% (according to RNZ & ODT) of fatal road accidents are caused by tourists. Thats 5 of the 254 fatalities last year out of 2.7m visitors to NZ. The other 249 fatalities came from a population of 4.4m - the math is pretty conclusive, Kiwis kill each other on the road. So NZ before you open your stupid little racist/xenophobic gobs, can you please engage your bloody brains & make some sense of the numbers. Kiwis are the overwhelming killers of people on the road. Oh yeah, fwiw, in the Netherlands they arent allowed to drive till 18 & their driving tests are harder than ours. Sorry 3News your article on the box tonight was crap, it only fuelled the xenophobes & the Dog & Lemon wanker, shut up, youre bloody embarrassing yourself. right - rant off my chest, as you were.
