APC Ministers, Chairmen and the Solar lights As president Ernest - TopicsExpress

APC Ministers, Chairmen and the Solar lights As president Ernest Bai Koroma endeavors to light the streets of the district head quarter towns, some of his selfish and greedy ministers, APC chairmen with some unholy Paramount chiefs are bent on depriving the poor people from enjoying the street lights. Since the installations of the street lights began in the various districts, we have witnessed politicians and ruling party supporters installing the street poles in their houses leaving many streets unelectrified. This kind of heartlessness is exhibited by almost all the ministers and chairmen almost in all the districts. It is as if they have not stolen enough money to install solar energy in their homes. These crooked and shameless politicians think that the only thing about governance is to fleece the ordinary people off things that are destined for them. What is apparent is that ministers and other APC hungry and unsatisfactory politicians are bent on frustrating the effort of the President. The President meant well but his henchmen who hail from the provinces are not sharing the same vision of the president. This is the problem with our country: We sometimes have good leaders but his followers are where the problems lie. Why are ministers hoarding selfishly the solar poles in their compounds? It started in my home town, Kabala, later Kono, Kenema, Kamabia etc. This is day light robbery. Robbing the people off their street lights. You see, when transparency international reported recently that the country is corrupt, government ministers wanted to jump into fire in denial but what can they say about this kind of behaviors from the party stalwarts, ministers and their puppets paramount chiefs. Being in power doesn’t mean that people should be forced to know that one is in power through bullying .A leader is someone who makes sacrifices for his subjects, not someone who always sucks the blood of the ordinary man. These are the type of serpents who are leading us in the country. I can’t imagine some ministers having four to five poles in their compounds. President Koroma must deal with them now before they do worst things more than what they have started doing. President Koroma, remember when God Ordered Satan with other angels to bow down for Adam and Satan refused, then God drove him from the heavens. So now when you want solar lights to be installed in the districts your ministers and Chairmen have refused. Therefore, you too should chase them from your government. I rest my case.
