APCR and Legal Service Authority of India, City civil court and Metropolitan criminal Court Hyderabad celebrated 9th November as National Legal Services Authority (NLSA) Day. On this occasion Honourable Judge Prema Rajeshwari said, legal service authority provides free legal aid to economically poor (below one lakh annual income) ,Women, minorities, ST and victims of calamities, people effected by state irregularities, atrocities or household harassment can take Support of Legal Authority . Mr. Abdul Jabbar Siddiqi on this occasion Spoke to the audience that India has made a long journey from the era of graded justice based on Verna ashram to equal justice based on Indian constitution therefore people should be alert so that no one can reverse the present judiciary. Indian Judiciary is the only strong institution which can provide guarantee for the Indian democracy, Basic constitutional structure and the role of Law as per the constitution, therefore people have great respect in it. The Personality of the judge is the only guarantee of Justice therefore judge should look all the cases with human eyes, ear, heart and mind. If the Judge behaves as Hindu judge, upper cast Judge or a Muslim judge etc. then the faith in Judiciary will be at stake. Dr Baba Sahab Ambedkar said that the unity and strength of our nation do not rest in on cultural unity or political alliances instead rest on Judicial integrity and efficiency of justice delivery system. At this occasion Rtd. Justice Mr E Ismail President APCR said that our Society too have the responsibility to resolve their Disputes through mutual dialog, understanding and trust Rather Running to the Court.
