APGA Secret Document—Matters arising. Dear Fejiro Oliver I thank you for reporting my telephone conversation with you and very respectful of Chief Obiano as a person. I would not give credit to the originator of this baseless article who used you to publish it and now people are jumping to what they do not know. For the record, Chief Umeh, Chief Ndigwe and Chief Obiano signatures are public record as they are easily obtainable. Anybody can lift and place it in any document which is what you guys did. There is no point for either man to reply to such unfounded allegation as we know bloggers and online journalist are now used to write all sorts of rubbish. It is not every rumours or allegation that warrants a response be it from journalist or ordinary people. One question I wish to ask is simple, what has HRH Obi Gibson Nwosu done that will warrant the removal of his stool. I am not from Awka but I know that the Ndigwe family cannot have that stool as the last Obi of Awka was from Ndigwe family and Awka stool is rotational. Should HRH Gibson Nwosu take a long walk of no return, Awka stool would pass to another village. Ndigwe family is also not from the next village in line to produce the next Obi of Awka. Can you see why the whole story is fake hence Chief Umeh, Chief Ndigwe and Chief Obiano need not respond aside from the official response from APGA. Chief Obiano has been publishing his manifesto and I invite you to criticize it and offer a better option. I would strongly advise that you maintain your reputation by publishing what is true and verifiable and the fact that our Principal Chief Obiano did not pick up your telephone call or we refuse to provide such does not mean that your story is correct. Chief Obiano would not speak on matters that are rumours and unfounded. WE shall offer any online journalist the chance of a good interview after the election when the mudslinging would have been over but any interview anchored on rumours would not be granted. Finally, online journalist should know that they are subjected to the same law of libel like the print and other electronic media. We cannot because of the quest to please our respective campaign negatively injure people’s reputation and character. This is different from the normal shouting march currently on-going between the campaign groups. A forged document as currently being published with Chief Obiano signature would give rise to a potential legal challenge after the election. I hope the editors of elombah would get their source updated after the election. Phil Chinwuba esq Team Akpokuodike
