APOW Is a acronym meaning apprehended by police without warrant. They can just hand cuff and take you away without any charges or arrests being made. They take you to the hospital and falsify court papers to have you detained at the hospitals till you are released usually in the sames amount of time it takes to have filed and discard the court papers. In Dallas county you may be taken to Parkland hospital where the police will falsify court papers and say you are suicidal or violent to have you detained for psychiatric observations then heavily medicated there is know refusing medication it is mandatory or they will jump on you and inject medications into you. This is common practice in Dallas and in the Texas criminal justice system. It happened to me eight times since my birthday last year.enough times to gather enough evidence to make a legal suit that i am winning as my lawyers have stated to me today. The hospital are not bad i had this happen so many times to in the past year i am on first name bases with lots of the north Texas medical staff. They are well aware that police do this it happens and most hospitals remain filled with police detainees.they in truth hate it when police do this but they are nice about it overtime it happens. i am well fed kept warm and am allowed to smoke my day allotment ciggies. I am used to this treatment it common if you have not had this happen it no big deal.
