APPEAL: Assault in Stoke We need your help after a woman was assaulted whilst walking in Stoke. The incident occurred at approximately 6pm last night, Thursday, whilst the 23-year-old woman was out shopping. As she walked along Richmond Street a man pushing a bicycle tried to engage in conversation. The woman asked him to leave her alone but he continued to follow her along Pump Street, Epworth Street and onto Hill Street whereby he grabbed her upper clothing. The woman pushed the man away and she walked off. She was not injured although left shaken by the incident. The offender is described as white, aged between 17 and 20, 5ft 11in to 6ft tall of a slim build and with strawberry blond hair. He was wearing a dark-coloured navy fleece, dark-coloured trousers and was pushing a blue bike.
