APPEAL TO MARGIS COMING TO INDIA FOR DMS We are working to put pressure on the Bihar Government to get a simple stone memorial in Buddha Smriti Park (the old jail site where Baba was poisoned) stating that Baba was imprisoned, poisoned and went on a five year, four month and 3 day fast to demand an official judicial enquiry into the poisoning.To do this work, we need to show that foreigners will be interested in this site. The Chief Minister will be more willing if he think...s that foreigners will come and bring revenue to the state.This is why I am requesting you to on your tour stop and visit Patna. Buddha Smriti Park is within walking distance of Patna station. It is a very clean, beautiful park with a museum dedicated to Buddha. If you and people with you could simply come and do short dharmacakra or sadhana here it would be a big help. Patna is on the way to Kolkata and if you want you can always catch another train after a few hours. We would like by Babas Grace this year a campaign to start to demand that a simple, small memorial to Babas Tapas be put in this park.
