APPLE & BLACKBERRY CRUMBLE Serves 6 to 8 Prep: 20 mins Cooking time: 40 mins 700g eating apples 250g blackberries 2 tsp ground cinnamon 25g golden caster sugar CRUMBLE 150g soya spread, melted 200g rice flour 50g ground almonds 50g jumbo porridge oats 75g golden caster sugar 50g toasted chopped hazlenuts Heat oven to 200C/180C fan assisted/gas 6. Peel, core and cut apples into chunks. Put into a bowl with the blackberries. Stir in the cinnamon and sugar. Pour into an ovenproof dish. To make the crumble combine all the ingredients and stir until the mixture forms small lumps. Allow to cool completely then scatter on top of the filling. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until the topping has browned and the fruit is bubbling. Serve with soya ice cream, soya cream or dairy free custard.
